![]() ![]() Unit Data: Each unit includes an illustration (if available) along with data specific for that unit, such as Technology, Rules Level, Tonnage, Unit Type, Unit Sub Type, Battle Value and Era availability.Once players get a search result based off of their Unit List search parameters, they can click on a given unit to generate more details. Note that this does not necessarily correspond with active production, only military usage. Availability Era: This allows players to see which units are available in the chosen era(s).Production Era: This represents one of the primary time frames within the centuries-long history of BattleTech, allowing players to field era-appropriate units for a given game/campaign (see BattleTech Eras tab at top).Sub Types: Within each unit type there are numerous sub types which allow players to further refine their searches.Faction: Players can select a given faction to see which units would make an appropriate faction-based force. ![]() Sources: If players know the specific book that contains the unit they are looking for, this is an easy parameter to use.Types: Types allows players to select from the basic unit classes, such as only BattleMechs, or infantry, or aerospace fighters, and so on (see Warfare Symbology above).Rules: More about finding a selection of units than an individual unit, this allows players to easily select from various Rules Levels such as Introductory, Standard, Advanced, and so on (see Quick-Start, Introductory, Standard & Advanced Rules).Technology: This refers to the core Technology Base of a given unit: Inner Sphere, Clan, Mixed, or Primitive. ![]()
